This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to file final report in Crime No.59 of 2024 dated 06.03.2024. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this case is complicated in the sense that the layers of transactions have to be identified and sought four months time from today to complete the investigation.

In view of the prayer made, the four months time as prayed for by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is granted. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and the respondent police is directed to conduct the investigation as expeditiously as possible and in any event the final report shall be filed within a period of four months from today. 4.
