Prayer: The Criminal Revision petition is filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.762 of 2013 in M.C.No.287 of 2013 dated 09.01.2017 pending on the file of the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

ORDER

It is reported by the learned counsel for the respondent that the matter has been settled between the parties, not only this matter and all the pending litigations has been settled and the respondent had got one time settlement of Rs.14,05,000/-

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the matter has been settled and prays this Court to pass orders.

3. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties nothing survives in this petition and this petition is dismissed as settled out of Court No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
