ORDER

When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.25163 of 2014 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the communication issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9, in Letter No.3291/FR2(II)/2017-3, dated 16.08.2017, to that effect. 2.The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
