ORDER

The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 28.08.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for rectification of error crept in patta in respect of the lands measuring an extent of 0.11.50 Hectare comprised in Survey No.95/9C, 0.02.00 hectare in Survey No.81/2C and 0.04.50 Hectare in Survey No.85/7B situated at Kothapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the contention raised by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Since, the petitioner has already made a representation on 28.08.2017 and the same is said to be still pending, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider his representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the 4th respondent and the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be made within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
