O R D E R

The claim of the writ petitioner is to pay night shift allowance as per the terms and conditions of 12(3) Settlement.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation made a submission that the claim in this regard will be considered as per the eligibility and in accordance with 12(3) Settlement and based on the Board standing orders in force.

3. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to take a decision and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
