This petition is filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Ms. R. Sreevidhaya, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the delay of 67 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
