Not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the second respondent, the present petition is filed for transfer of Investigation in Crime No.211 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2

2023 on the file of the second respondent police to CBCID or any other Investigating Agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that the investigation is going in the proper direction, due to abscondence of one of the accused, final report could not be filed. In any event, from the records, this Court finds that more specialised investigation ought to have been done in this case, which is lacking and therefore the Superintendent of Police of concerned jurisdiction is directed to monitor the investigation and complete the investigation and file a final report preferably within a period of three months.
