records relating to impugned tender notification issued by the first respondent - Chief Executive Officer, Animal Husbandry Department, Chennai in Tender reference No.2206/LHDCP/TNLDA/2021, dated 9.2.2024 for the selection of service provider for operation and maintenance of call centre at State Headquarters and 245 Mobile Veterinary Units in all the districts of Tamilnadu quash the same, and further direct the second respondent to issue fresh tender notification. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner also stated that he may file an application to implead the petitioner as party respondent in another writ petition, being W.P.No.14134 of 2024.

2. If such an application for impleadment is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.30792 and 30794 of 2024 are closed.
