Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order of the third respondent dated 09.08.2023 passed in Na.Ka.No.8264/A1/2021 and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the order of the third respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.8264/A1/2021, dated 09.08.2023 and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. There are provisions to challenge the above order passed under Section 77-A of the Registration Act before the appellate authority. Since an alternative remedy is available before the appellate authority, this Writ Petition is not maintainable.

4. In view of the above, Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
