ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to transfer the case in Cr.No.425/2019 dated 18.09.2019 from the file of third respondent to the Jurisdictional CBCID or to the District Crime Branch Police concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that already the investigation has been completed in Crime No.425 of 2019 and filed a final report today viz., 06.02.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruvallur.

4. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent and the question of transfer of case does not arise.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
