ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned passed by the 3rd respondent dated 24.06.2024 and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to take immediate action for removal of age old tamarind tree within the time fixed by this Court
2. It is informed by the learned counsel that the cause of action for which the writ has been filed, does not survive any more.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
