ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P.No.18240 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024 by this Court, to deposit a sum of Rs 50,000/- being the 20% of the compensation amount in the account of C.C.No.1938 of 2022 on or before 09.09.2024.

2. While allowing Crl.O.P.No.18240 of 2024, this Court wrongly mentioned the case number as C.C.No.1938 of 2022 instead of S.T.C.No.1938 of 2022. G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN, J

3. Therefore, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition imposed by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

this Court vide order dated 31.07.2024 in Crl O.P.No.18240 of 2024 is hereby extended till 28.02.2025 and the petitioner shall deposit 20% of the cheque amount in S.T.C.No.1938 of 2022 on or before 28.02.2025. Failing which, the Trial Court is directed to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
