[RESPONDENTS] Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondents herein to comply with the order passed by the second respondent herein by the order dated 18.7.2014 made in I.D.No. 12 of 2013 within the time frame.

Heard Mr.V.N.Subramaniam, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction upon the first respondent to comply with the order passed by the second respondent/CGIT dated 18.07.2014 in I.D.No.12 of 2013.
3.This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner nor inclined to issue any positive direction to the first respondent and therefore notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

4. The petitioner seeks for implementation of the Award of the first respondent/CGIR dated 18.07.2014, which according to the petitioner has attained finality on its publication on 04.09.2014. It is the specific contention of the petitioner that the first respondent has not challenged the award.
5. However, this cannot be verified at this juncture, since the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
6. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation along with the copy of this order to the first respondent, seeking for implementation of the Award dated 18.07.2014 in I.D.No.12 of 2013 and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation to be submitted by the petitioner.
