O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The petitioner is a practising advocate in Tiruchy. Based on certain allegations that a few people, without attending regular college, have acquired Law Degree and practising before this Court, a resolution was passed by the 2nd respondent association on 29.06.2018 to verify the details of those persons. Thereafter, another resolution was passed on 20.02.2019 at the instance of the persons who acquired Law Degree dubiously. The said resolution gives immunity to those persons, who acquired https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Law Degree about 25 years ago. The said resolution is sought to be challenged by the petitioner by giving a representation to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry/the 1st respondent on 06.07.2019. However, no action has been taken on the said representation which compelled the petitioner to approach this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R. Jothimanian, learned counsel for the 1st respondent. 3.
Mr.M.R. Jothimanian, learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that the complaint is to be placed before the Bar Council to take appropriate action in the Bar Council meeting to be held in the month of November, 2019. 4.
Hence, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the issue and pass appropriate orders. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed. 5.
Post the matter for reporting compliance during the first week of December, 2019.
