This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 01.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15262 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the said conditions regularly without fail.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioners had complied with the conditions regularly without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
