This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to alter the Sections 420, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.2038 of 2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.109 of 2018.

3. Subsequently, the accused persons pleaded guilty and the case itself was disposed on 08.09.2018.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is closed.
