(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the fact that the National Green Tribunal is seized with the issue in respect of the very land in question, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and it is for the petitioner to approach the National Green Tribunal. In order to facilitate the petitioner to do so, the order dated 08.11.2016 of the third respondent will not be given effect to for a period of ten (10) days from today.

2.Writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.35864 and 35865 of 2016 also stands dismissed.
