This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to condone the delay of 4589 days in filing the reply to the counter claim in the written statement filed by the defendants.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
