ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.247 of 2022, pending on the file of the respondent to any other investigating agency. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was investigated and a closure report was filed as mistake of fact after serving the RCS notice to the petitioner. The learned counsel further submitted that already a protest petition has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur and the same is pending in Crl MP No.4337 of 2022.

In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to agitate the petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur and based on the order passed by the learned Judicial 2/4
Magistrate, Ambattur, the petitioner can work out her remedy in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
