Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the maintenance allowance at the rate of Rs.1,000/- per month as per the Scheme of the 1st respondent regularly and consequently, directing the respondents to pay arrears from the month of May 2013 as per the proceedings in Ni.Mu.4134/2013/B3 dated Nil.04.2013 on the file of the 4th respondent within a stipulated period. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the maintenance allowance at the rate of Rs.1,000/- per month as per the Scheme of the 1st respondent regularly and consequently, directing the respondents to pay arrears from the month of May 2013 as per the proceedings in Ni.Mu.4134/2013/B3 dated Nil.04.2013 on the file of the 4th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the writ petition was taken up on 09.03.2020, after hearing both sides, this Court directed the respondents to report full compliance of the order passed by this Court on 17.12.2019 and adjourned the writ petition to 16.03.2020. Accordingly, the writ petition is listed today.

3. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that by proceedings dated 13.03.2020, the petitioner is granted Rs.1,500/- per month from April 2020 as maintenance. He has also produced a copy of the said order passed by the third respondent.

4. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner has been now, met out, and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Recording the above developments, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
