This application has been filed to amend as Special Sessions Case No.135 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of the offences under POCSO Act, Villupuram instead of Special Sessions Case No.123 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of the offences under POCSO Act, Villupuram in Crl.OP.No.16071 of 2023 vide order dated 24.07.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.16071 of 2023, dated 24.07.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
