The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17457 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying the conditions for past two months; that investigation is completed and they have no previous cases.

3. Considering the fact that petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
