This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that, petitioner should report before the respondent police station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.18075 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.24814 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police station, once in every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., till final report is filed and thereafter, as per the direction of the Court.
