ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Namakkal in the judgment dated 24.09.2024 in Spl.C.C.No.90/2021 by enlarging the petitioner on bail pending the disposal of the above criminal appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.The petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence and he fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.
