This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 24.09.2024 passed in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2021 on the file of Session Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) at Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 194 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
