Crl.M.P.No.15634 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25459 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25459 of dated 08.02.2023 to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for three months and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25459 of 2022 dated 08.02.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
