Khan Sahib Mahdi Hussain Sahib Wakf Estate v. E.Feroz And 41 Others

A.No.5435 of 2024 in C.S. No.1306 of 1992 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed by the Court appointed receiver, seeking permission of this Court to spend a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- for the purpose of conducting repairs at the top floor portion and also for construction of two toilets at No.112/9, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020 belonging to the applicant / first defendant's estate.

2. All the counsels appearing for the respective parties have stated no objection for allowing A.No.5435 of 2024.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application for incurring the above mentioned expenditure by the Court appointed receiver. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
