ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the above S.A.SR.No.119318 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants, and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.

4. The petitioners / appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the contesting respondents 2 & 4, within a period of one week from the date of this order. On such payment, the delay of 154 days in filling the above SA.SR.No.119318 of 2022, stands condoned.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. 2\4

6. Registry is directed to list the above Second Appeal after numbering the same, if they are otherwise in order, on 04.04.2025. 06.03.2025 rri 3\4
