This application has been filed seeking permission to file reply to the written statement filed by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants.

In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that in the written statement, a counter claim had also been filed, that a Settlement Deed dated 07.10.2013 which is registered as Document No.5760/2013 in the Office of the Sub Registrar, Velachery is null and void and not binding. To this aspect, reply is required.

3. Therefore, after hearing the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the application stands allowed.
