ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to execute the bailable warrant issued by the trial Court in C.C.537 of 2024 on 23.-05.2025.

2. The petitioner is the complainant in the case in C.C.No.537 of 2024 filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act on the file of the

Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madhuranthagam. The third respondent is the accused in the said case and a bailable warrant has been issued against the accused on 23.05.2025. As the bailable warrant has not been executed by the second respondent, the case is pending without any progress. Hence, the present petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the third respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the warrant has been forwarded to the second respondent and now handed over to J.J.Nagar Police Station and a special team has been constituted in this regard and they will execute the warrant expeditiously.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the second respondent is directed to execute the warrant expeditiously.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
