Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that enquiry has been commenced and further submits that the first respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders and to expedite the proceedings without delay. Hence, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's contention, this Court directs the second respondent to hold an enquiry and to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final orders in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the person who are interested, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction this Writ Petition is disposed of. No cost.
