This petition has been filed to clarify the order in Crl.O.P.No.17438 of 2022 dated 26.07.2022 that "The observation made hereinabove are only for disposal of the bail and the same shall not affect the investigation of the crime."

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, any of the observation made by this Court by an order dated 26.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17438 of 2022, while considering the application for anticipatory bail, would not affect the investigation in Crime No.416 of 2018.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. The respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
