The petitioner, who apprehends the arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 336(3), 318(4) of BNS Act., in Crime No. Not known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but failed to comply with the conditions. Consequently, the bail was cancelled by the Court below and NBW is pending against him. Suppressing the said fact, the petitioner has approached this Court for anticipatory bail without even mentioning the crime number.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for suppression of material facts.
