The petitioner has preferred the present petition to execute non-bailable warrant dated 21.05.2025 against the 3rd respondent in STC No.9744 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.
3. It is the contention of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions that now, the non-bailable warrant has been executed, thereby pleaded to close the present petition.
