Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2023 to initiate action to lock and seal to forthwith discontinue the functioning of the illegal Petrol Bunk run by the 4th respondent in name of M.A.V.Agencies at No.140/4B, Old Mahabalipuram Road, No. 37, Kazhipattur Village, Chengalpattu District - 603103.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2023 to initiate action to lock and seal to forthwith discontinue the functioning of the illegal Petrol Bunk run by the 4th respondent in name of M.A.V.Agencies at No.140/4B, Old Mahabalipuram Road, No. 37, Kazhipattur Village, Chengalpattu District - 603103.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It seems that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 herein with regard to their share. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner to lock and seal the fourth respondent bunk cannot be ordered. Therefore, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief, in the manner known to law.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
