Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refund the outstanding sum of Rs. 69,11,717 /- being the security deposit and license fees within the stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble court.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the respondents to refund the outstanding sum of Rs.69,11,717 /- being the security deposit and license fees within the stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble court."

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was reported that the petitioner is already negotiating with the respondents for the settlement of the due amounts.

Therefore, considering the ongoing negotiations between the parties and the grounds on which the petitioner's claim has not been acceded to by the respondents, i.e., the alleged failure of the petitioner to produce relevant documents in support of his claim, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:- " As and when the petitioner submits the documents in support of his claim, the 4th respondent shall consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three weeks therefrom."

4. No costs.
