O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to not to give any approval to Vijayalakshmi for setting up of the first respondent MS/HSD Retail outlet dealership nearby the petitioner's land and further to direct the second to 4th respondents not to issue NOC to the first respondent for setting up of their MS/HSD retail outlet dealership in the land belonging to Vijayalakshmi comprised in S.No.113/8A1 by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 and 20.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petitions is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
