C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to quash the FIR, summon issued by the District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri, calling for the petitioner to appear before him on 12.09.2024 for enquiry on the complaint given by one Kumaresan.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that though there is a money transaction between the complainant and the petitioner, in order to extract huge money, the said Kumaresan has given a police complaint and wants to extract money with the help of the police. He further submits that the complaint petition received from Kumaresan been under enquiry and the petitioner appears and produced the documents mentioned in the summons, police will enquire the matter and find out whether any commission of cognizance offence is made out or not.

3. Recording the said submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of directing the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and produce documents called for so as to enable the police to 2/4

decide the nature of the complaint and whether it is worth for registering the FIR and proceed further. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
