Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to remove the encroachment made by the 6th and 7th respondents in the Government School Play Ground Comprised in S.No.341/B3B1 situated at V.Kallipalayam village, Palladam taluk, Tiruppur, Tiruppur district and to protect the same in view of order, dated 10.02.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3309 of 2017.
