This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24808 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Mayiladuthurai on all working days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24808 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Committal Court on every Monday till the Committal proceedings is completed. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
