This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24491 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
