This Contempt petition has been filed for the violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.30666 of 2012, dated 20.02.2024.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30666 of 2012, dated 20.02.2024, the respondents herein have preferred Writ Appeal in W.A.No.444 of 2025 wherein the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay vide order dated 18.02.2025 in C.M.P.No.3729 of 2025 in W.A.No.444 of 2025.
4. In view of the same, this Contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to reopen the Contempt petition after disposal of W.A.No.444 of 2025. No costs.
