G.Saravanan (Deceased) 1.S.Rekha And Another v. Hema Ramanathan

A Nos.5272, 5273 and 5274 of 2023 in C.S No.451 of 2015 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicants, i) to condone the delay of 2656 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the plaintiff namely G.Saravanan, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the plaintiff and iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff viz., 1. S.Rekha and 2.Minor S.Harshavardhan, rep. by his next friend - mother Rekha as plaintiffs 2 and 3.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs directed to carry out necessary amendment
