This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2836 of 2024 dated 09.02.2024. Page No.1/3

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 09.02.2024 in W.P.No.2836 of 2024 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 17.03.2025 passed by the Revenue Tahsildar, Sulur, wherein, the claim of the petitioner seeking issuance of the patta has been rejected.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
