ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order of this Court has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instruction, would submit that on the action taken, an appeal was filed by the encroacher and thereafter, a writ petition in W.P.No.33341 of 2018 was filed, in which, an order of status quo has been granted on 14.12.2018. A copy of the abovesaid order was also produced before this Court. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any disobedience of the order passed. Thus, the contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to get himself impleaded as party in W.P.No.33341 of 2018.
