ORDER
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1160 days in representing the Crl.R.C SR No.48525 of 2025, as against the order of dismissal passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Viruthachalam in Crl.M.P No.4565 of 2017 in C.C No.277 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021.
2. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, this Court finds that the petitioner is fully visually impaired person. However, the reasons stated in the condone delay petition is not satisfied and as such, this Court is not inclined to condone the huge delay of 1160 days in filing this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, considering the petitioner's disability, he is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police and on receipt of the same, the jurisdictional police shall conduct enquiry and dispose the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
