This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 04.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for execution of lease agreement with respect to the Wakf property.

2. Heard Mr.Y.Kajanavas, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.Fakkir Mohideen, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation dated 04.02.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4
