Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Award dated 01.07.2014 of the first respondent passed in I.D.No.65 of 2013, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, back wages and other attendant benefits.

J U D G M E N T

(Delivered by M. DURAISWAMY, J.) When the Writ Appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.M.Arumugham, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of Court, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Appeal. Mr.S.Ravindran, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, also submitted that the appellant and the 3rd respondent had settled the matter.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
