The revision petitioner is the petitioner/husband in H.M.O.P.No.1410 of 2021 on the file of learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court at 1/3

Coimbatore approached this court seeking a direction to complete the trial and dispose the case as early as possible.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that due to misunderstanding between husband and wife, the petitioner husband filed a petition in the year of 2020 seeking for the relief of divorce.

3. Admittedly, the child is with the respondent wife. The case is pending for the past three years. Evidence was recorded and subsequently, there is no progress in the trial. Considering the fact that due to nonavailability of other remedy and other circumstances, this court is inclined to issue appropriate direction to the trial judge. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the trial judge is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case as early as possible without giving unnecessary adjournments. No costs.
