Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in CPt No.56/2022 dated 14.10.2022 against the petitioner's husband Madhanprasath son of Murthy, male, aged about 42 years and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to produce the detenu who is detained under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 currently confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai-600 066 before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 11.11.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.7550 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
